how do i increase torque of leadshine ES-DH2306 servo motor (hybrid motor)?

i am using leadshine ES-DH2306 servo motor it is also called as hybrid motor.

the torque of this motor is 20Nm. but when we are giving the load around 7 Nm it is failing.it is giving lots of jerke.

when we increase the holding current rate to 80% then it is able to drive 7 Nm. but when we put more that 7 then it fails and gives the error 20.

can anyone tell that how can i increase the motor torque. we runnig the motor on 250rpm.

• Well, 20Nm is only the stall/Holding torque. The “rated” torque is usually many times smaller, perhaps around 5Nm, depending on speed and efficiency.
