Rpi 4G module notes

I have a robot(use raspberry pi 3) outside my home(no internet connection there) and I ‘m with my laptop at home and I want to see the graphical environment like this of raspberry pi. How can I do this? I ‘m thinking to get this module with a SIM card and put it to raspberry pi to have 3G or 4G connection. Can you tell me more about this (if I can do it with this module) ? I have to give some commands to the terminal of raspberry pi to have 4G ? After these commands ,can I do raspberry pi to connect to 4G automatically ,when I give current to it? After connecting to 4G ,can I have access to raspberry from laptop via VNC? I have these questions and I want your help about this project!!! Thanks a lot!

Can I assume you have a WiFi network at home and the laptop is connected to the WiFi network? If your home has no WiFi network, then skip (2) and jump to (3). (2) You have a Rpi3 based robot outside and you want to control your robot using your laptop. I think you can connect your Rpi3 to the same WiFi network.   • Now if you have no Wifi network at home to connect to laptop, then (3) as you suggest, you need a SIM8/9/76xx 4G module with a SIM card. You can use the 4G module to connect Rpi to 4G mobile network. Now you can use a mobile phone to say, send SMS, to control the Rpi3 Robot. In other words, you don’t need the laptop any more, your smart phone can SMS control the robot. Of course there are many more other ways to have 4G fun with your robot.
