Setup Notes

1.  Insert SIM card (registered)
2. Insert 16GB Micro SD Card
3.  Micro USB 5V power
4.  No need to connect to Rpi 40 pin connector
5.  Power on (PWR Red LED will be on)
6.  Press power key for a couple of seconds (or one second is enough?)
7.  After a couple of seconds NET red LED will blink about one once per second.
